2. Broad Jump
3. 505 Agility Test
4. Pro-Agility
6. 30 m Dash with 10 Split

Recomended Equipment:
1. Biometrics - Dashr Bio Station (or manual measurements entered into app)
2. Broad Jump - Dashr Jump (or other jump measurement device, data entered into Dashr app)
3. 505 Agility Test - 1 Dashr timing gate (with or without ball)
4. Pro-Agility - 1 Dashr timing gate
5. 30 m Dash with 10 split - 3 Dashr timing gates (2 if no split recorded)
6. Roster Spots - 1 for each athlete you are testing
Total of 4-5 gates - Dashr Timing Systems
Total of 0-1 Jump device - Dashr|Jump
Roster Spots for all athletes.
Want to add a reaction component?? Add in the Reactive Agility Test, maybe even include a shot on goal at the end!

Flying 30
The Flying 30 is a measure of linear speed, but it is not uncommon for a flying 20 m or 40 m to be measured or for a 5 m approach to the start gate - it is up to your preference. We recommend a 10 m split to get a measure of linear acceleration. This requires 3 gates, or only 2 gates if you do not have a split.

Pro-Agility (5-10-5)
The Pro-Agility is a test of speed, explosion, body control, and ability to change direction. This drill uses a stationary start and requires 1 timing gate. For a 3-point start (the standard for football) we suggest using an additional gate. This gate is placed on a short tripod, aimed down the same line as main laser. This laser is blocked by the athlete's down hand.

505 Agility
The 505 Agility test is a test of 180 degree turning ability. The test may also be adapted for sport specific testing by having the subject dribble a soccer ball.

Broad Jump
The standing long jump, also called the Broad Jump, is a test of explosive leg power. It is one of the fitness tests in the NFL Combine and was also once an event at the Olympic Games. When using Dashr|Jump hardware for this test you can electronically perform this test with an accuracy of 0.01 in. You can also manually enter jump measurements into the Dashr app.

Reactive Agility Test
The Reactive Agility Test (RAT or Y-test) is a test of speed, agility, and the ability to recognize stimuli, and react to it. This drill uses a moving or stationary start, requires 4 timing gates and 2 React modules. This can also be sport specific by adding in a soccer ball, possibly even a shot on goal at the end.
Biometrics
Getting biometric/anthropometric data on your athletes is key for both evaluation and tracking progress. You can record bio data manually through the Dashr app, or you can use our BioStation to automate these measurements.
